We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the return.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
